At Taierli Sanitary Ware we carry out a multitude of activities to ensure product quality.
At various intervals, from the development stage of a product right up to its completion, ready for delivery, the components are systematically subjected to a variety of checks. This ensures that sourced materials meet the demands made of them and perfect products can be delivered to the customer.

Our company standards specify requirements with regard to a material or a component.
If required, company standards can be obtained by suppliers from the purchasing department at Taierli Sanitary Ware

In case a material fails the required standard during routine checks throughout production, it will be removed from the production line.
If production is seriously disrupted, an objection notice about the material in question will be sent to the supplier, and stoppage / preventative measures will be requested from the supplier via an 8D Report.

In case a supplier notices that a material does not comply with all the requirements before it is delivered, but its suitability has not been established, he can ask for a special release for the material concerned.
In this case, colleagues in Quality Assurance will examine the suitability of the material and make a decision regarding the request.

 Warranty Conditions
The certain period warranty on Taierli Sanitary Ware Products will be granted in the condition of right using subject to the following conditions:

· Warranty does not cover any damage caused by transportation, incorrect installation, modification and misapply of products.
· Warranty does not cover incorrect water supply conditions.
· Warranty does not cover change by natural abrasion and dripping.
· Warranty does not cover the use of the fitting for purpose different from those for which it was intended.
· Warranty does not cover damage caused by excessive water temperature, that is over 80℃.
· Warranty does not cover damage caused by dirty water, that is grit or metal shavings.
· Warranty does not cover any damage caused by negligence and intent.
